Credit Restoration Personal/ Commercial

Personal Credit Restoration


KR Consulting Group shall, upon initiation of agreement, provide prompt assistance to client in obtaining credit records for the client from all three credit reporting agencies Equifax (CSC for Texas Residents), Experian, and Trans Union. Also within 10 business days of enrollment into KR Consulting Group credit restoration service, the client shall be contacted by KR Consulting Group in order to go over processes during the term of credit restoration service.

KR Consulting Group shall assist client in determining the action to take with each account in regards to that clients file. KR Consulting Group will provide credit education materials to the client's. All new clients will also receive a credit education and welcome packet.

KR Consulting Group shall prepare challenges for items appearing on the customer's credit reports which the customer indicates are inaccurate, incomplete, obsolete, or unverified as per the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

KR Consulting Group will submit transmittals of challenges each consecutive month of service KR Consulting Group shall prepare all follow-up challenges, as per the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Fair and Accurate Transactions Act and Fair Credit Billing Act and transmittal of the same. Follow-up services will be fully performed by KR Consulting Group Every month the client shall forward copies of all materials received by the 3 credit bureaus, Equifax (CSC Credit Services for TX residents), Experian, & Trans Union, by mailing or faxing copies to KR Consulting Group in a timely manner. It is important to forward the materials received by the credit bureaus so the client's client site can be updated expeditiously.

KR Consulting Group shall also provide a client services staff for assistance in answering questions regarding client's accounts .KR Consulting Group agrees only to challenge items under the above acts and as legally available.

Commercial Credit Restoration


Commercial credit reporting is the maintenance and reporting of credit histories and risks for commercial companies.

While most people are familiar with consumer credit reports many are unaware that a similar reporting system exists to assess risk in extending loans to businesses, insuring businesses, underwriting insurance risk, purchasing businesses, investing in businesses and most of all in shipping goods to business on credit terms. (traded on the New York Stock Exchange, established in 1842) with thousands of employees and offices and correspondents around the world.[1] A recent development in commercial credit reporting is Cortera which combines data reporting comparable to Dun & Bradstreet, but which also runs an online community in which businesses put up online ratings on if/how/when they get paid by their own customers and suppliers (ratings visible to other community members.[2]They can also be small one man operations serving a limited number of local and foreign clients in a small country.
